The effects of COVID-19 are felt in all areas of life on states, societies and individuals at local, national and international levels. In this period when economic activities are interrupted, concepts such as unemployment, poverty, deprivation and inequality are more on the agenda, on the one hand, protectionism is increasing, on the other hand, the requirements of international cooperation are discussed, the seminar on Globalization and Sustainable Development discusses the local, national and international effects of COVID-19. economics, environment, climate and gender perspectives. For a sustainable future, the issues that have come to the fore with the pandemic and waiting for urgent solutions, solution proposals, policy recommendations on what needs to be done at local, national and international levels will be discussed.
